How does coaching work?

1. Application

After I receive your application, I will contact you to set a date for the coaching session, which will take place online.

In preparation, I will send you an online intake form and - depending on your goal - an eating diary. This way I can prepare well for our conversation and we can make the most of our coaching session.

2. Coaching session

In our conversation, we will discuss your goals, lifestyle and (eating) habits.

The focus in my coaching is always on knowledge expansion and habit change, in order to make lasting adjustments.

I will provide you with concrete advice and practical tools. You will also receive these in detail by email after the session.

3. Next steps

After our conversation, you will start working with the advice yourself. It's up to you if and when you want to schedule a follow-up session. You are not tied to anything.
